These spaces are subject to constant pedestrian use, frequent cleaning cycles, and exposure to moisture, requiring a coating system that could deliver both performance and practicality.

Enviro Epoxy WB was selected as the protective floor coating for nominated amenities zones. The water-based epoxy formulation provided a low-odour, low-VOC solution suitable for application within enclosed environments, allowing efficient installation within tight construction timelines.

Once cured, the system delivered a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with excellent adhesion to the prepared concrete substrate. Its durable finish enhanced resistance to abrasion and routine wash-down procedures while improving overall surface presentation.
