AccessoriesEnviro CSH was specified as a spray-applied concrete surface hardener for Western Sydney Stadium (Bankwest Stadium), which officially opened on 14 April 2019. Selected for its penetrating, ready-to-use formulation, Enviro CSH was applied to the tiered seating sections to help protect concrete and masonry substrates from wear and water ingress while supporting curing and moisture retention on green concrete. The result was a durable, compliant surface treatment that contributed to long-term performance across this major stadium development.

Enviro CSH is a one component, ready to use, spray applied surface hardener that penetrates into concrete and masonry substrates to provide waterproofing protection against wear and water ingress. When applied to green concrete Enviro CSH will assist with concrete curing / moisture retention and conforms to AS1884-2012 as a moisture suppressant.

Western Sydney Stadium
At Western Sydney Stadium, durability, hygiene, and ease of maintenance were essential within high-traffic amenities areas. These spaces are subject to constant pedestrian use, frequent cleaning cycles, and exposure to moisture, requiring a coating system that could deliver both performance and practicality.
Enviro Epoxy WB was selected as the protective floor coating for nominated amenities zones. The water-based epoxy formulation provided a low-odour, low-VOC solution suitable for application within enclosed environments, allowing efficient installation within tight construction timelines.
Once cured, the system delivered a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with excellent adhesion to the prepared concrete substrate. Its durable finish enhanced resistance to abrasion and routine wash-down procedures while improving overall surface presentation.

Enviroseal WB is a water-based copolymer floor hardening and sealing compound for use on concrete floors, driveways and pedestrian surfaces. Enviroseal WB combines small particle size, high solids and low viscosity for excellent penetration and durability. Enviroseal WB dries to leave a clear protective coating producing a “wet look” while increasing serviceability.

Enviroseal WB was specified as a concrete floor hardening and sealing solution across multiple buildings within the UNSW redevelopment in Sydney, including the Science & Engineering Building, the Biological Science Building and the UNSW Round House. Selected for its water-based, low-viscosity, high-solids formulation, Enviroseal WB penetrated concrete surfaces to improve durability and serviceability for pedestrian and driveway areas. Enviro 250 NS
Enviro 250 NS is a water-based, protective, UV resistant, non-slip and wear resistant coating designed for external use formulated on a water-based silane crosslinked copolymer system. As a topcoat, it can provide protection of Enviro 200P Ultra and Enviro 500 EXT by improving the wear and UV resistance. It can also be applied directly as a pedestrian trafficable non-slip coating to primed concrete and other surfaces. It dries quickly to form a tough flexible film that has good adhesion properties and is an integral part of the Enviro Light Pedestrian Trafficable System.

Royal Perth Hospital Western Australia
Case Study – Royal Perth Hospital Plant Rooms
At Royal Perth Hospital, plant room refurbishment works required a durable, hygienic, and cost-effective surface coating system capable of withstanding ongoing maintenance traffic and operational demands. The brief called for improved surface protection and cleanability without major downtime or disruptive construction works.
Enviro 250NS was selected as an acrylic water-based polyurethane topcoat system to provide a protective, low-odour solution suitable for a live healthcare environment. Its formulation delivered enhanced abrasion resistance, improved surface durability, and a sealed, easy-to-maintain finish over the prepared concrete substrate.
The water-based chemistry allowed safer application in enclosed service areas, minimising fumes and enabling a quicker return to operation. Once cured, the coating provided a resilient surface capable of handling maintenance access, equipment movement, and routine cleaning regimes.
The result was a practical, high-performance upgrade that improved longevity and surface performance while remaining aligned with hospital operational requirements and budget considerations.

Enviro 900 is a 2 pack quick curing, flexible polyurethane resin based, high build coating, designed to provide an anti slip durable, waterproofing surface treatment for areas of extreme traffic and wear, such as roads, and bridge decks. Enviro 900PUR is thixotropic and is suitable for use on ramps. Enviro 900PUR can be modified to suit different types and levels of traffic and other heavy duty applications by modifying with different size abrasive aggregates.
