The HP1200 + 900IC + 950TC system is engineered not only for high-use rooftop environments, but also for extreme wear applications such as helipads, emergency landing zones, and heavily trafficked service decks.

In these conditions, membranes are subjected to far more than routine foot traffic. They must withstand:

System Performance in Extreme Environments

Enviro HP1200 forms the structural waterproofing foundation. As a fully bonded pure polyurea membrane, it eliminates laps and joints, preventing lateral water migration even if surface wear occurs. Its high tensile strength and elongation allow it to accommodate substrate movement, vibration, and structural flex — critical for helipad decks and suspended rooftop slabs.

The addition of Enviro 900IC enables the incorporation of graded aggregate to create a reinforced, load-distributing wearing course. This intermediate layer absorbs mechanical stress and protects the underlying membrane from direct abrasion and torsional forces generated by helicopter skids, maintenance equipment, or constant service traffic.

Finally, Enviro 950TC provides a UV-stable, abrasion-resistant, and chemically resistant topcoat. In helipad and extreme wear zones, this layer protects against aviation fuel spills, oils, and harsh environmental exposure while maintaining slip resistance and long-term colour stability.
