    HP1200 + 900 + 950TC

    The HP1200 + 900IC + 950TC system is engineered specifically for podium decks, carparks, and ramps subjected to constant vehicle movement, point loading, and environmental exposure.

    At its core, Enviro HP1200 provides a seamless, fully bonded pure polyurea membrane that delivers exceptional tensile strength, crack-bridging capability, and zero lateral water migration. Its rapid cure profile enables efficient installation, even within tight construction programmes.

    The system build-up is then enhanced with:

    • Enviro 900IC – an intermediate coat that promotes intercoat adhesion and enables broadcast of graded aggregate to create a durable, load-distributing wearing surface.

    • Enviro 950TC – a UV-stable, abrasion-resistant topcoat that locks in the aggregate, delivers slip resistance, and protects the membrane from tyre wear, fuel drips, oils, and long-term weathering.

    • From a lifecycle perspective, this multilayer configuration separates the waterproofing function from the wear layer, reducing maintenance risk and extending service life. It provides a robust, trafficable membrane solution suited to commercial, residential, and infrastructure carpark environments where performance, durability, and long-term asset protection are critical.
