The HP1200 + 900IC + 950TC system is engineered as a multi-layer trafficable waterproofing solution designed specifically for these high-demand conditions.

Enviro HP1200 forms the fully bonded, seamless waterproofing membrane. Its spray-applied polyurea composition delivers high tensile strength, rapid curing, and exceptional crack-bridging performance — preventing lateral water migration and protecting the structural slab beneath.

Enviro 900IC functions as the intermediate coat, providing critical intercoat adhesion and enabling the broadcast of graded aggregate. This layer distributes point loads, enhances mechanical resistance, and creates a reinforced wearing build-up suitable for vehicle traffic and ramp shear forces.

Enviro 950TC acts as the protective topcoat, locking in aggregate where required and delivering UV stability, abrasion resistance, and improved slip performance.

Together, the system separates the waterproofing function from the wearing surface, providing durability, safety, and long-term structural protection in demanding carpark environments.
