Enviro 700X is an Australian made, single component, class III, low odour, moisture curing polyurethane elastomer waterproofing system. Enviro 700X, once applied, forms a seamless, durable and flexible membrane, which protects structures from water penetration.

700X Rooftop with 950TC

Case Study – Exposed Rooftop Waterproofing System

A commercial rooftop requiring long-term weather protection and maintenance access was specified with a fully exposed liquid-applied system. The project involved complex detailing around plant equipment, service penetrations, and parapet upturns, combined with ongoing UV exposure and periodic foot traffic.

Enviro 700X was selected as the primary waterproofing membrane due to its seamless application and strong adhesion to the prepared concrete substrate. Its flexibility and crack-bridging properties ensured reliable performance across movement joints and transitions.

To enhance durability and protect against long-term UV degradation, Enviro 950TC was applied as the protective topcoat. This provided additional surface toughness, improved abrasion resistance, and long-term colour stability.

The completed system delivered a fully bonded, UV-stable waterproofing solution capable of withstanding environmental exposure and routine maintenance traffic, ensuring long-term protection of the occupied spaces below.
