    Enviro BSM

    Enviro BSM is a pre-applied composite HDPE sheet membrane system that is designed to waterproof the blindside of concrete slabs and walls. Enviro BSM incorporates three unique layers, a heavy-duty HDPE layer, an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesion layer and a weather and trafficable resistant protective layer. When installed, this unique layered system provides a fully bonded waterproofing membrane to encapsulate the concrete structure, thus preventing water ingress or migration.

    Enviro BSM was specified as the pre-applied blindside waterproofing membrane for The Jewel, a landmark three-tower luxury development in Broadbeach on Queensland’s Gold Coast with three levels of basement parking. Selected for its fully bonded composite HDPE sheet design, Enviro BSM was installed to encapsulate below-grade slabs and walls, helping prevent water ingress and lateral migration. Its pour-activated adhesion layer and trafficable protective layer supported robust performance during construction and long-term protection of critical basement structures.
